When will I get my issue?
Digital Orders: Link(s) to download are available immediately after check out and emailed to you. Create an account to access PDF’s stored in MY ACCOUNT>DOWLOADS from any device.
Digital Subscribers: You will receive a link to your first issue after checkout and in your inbox. You will also be notified when the next issue is published and available in your Member Area under MY ACCOUNT>VIEW.
Print Orders: Issues are shipped the next business day via USPS First Class or Priority Mail and typically takes 3-5 days in the USA and up to 6 weeks internationally.
Print Subscribers: You will receive your first issue when we ship next. Typically we ship to our subscribers on the 27th, so you would have to subscribe by the 24th to make next mailing.

How do I download my digital issue(s)?
Individual Digital Purchase
If you purchased a digital issue, you received a link to download when you checked out and a link will be sent to your email. Create an account to have your digital issues available and stored in MY ACCOUNT>MY DOWNLOADS.
Digital Subscriber
Sign in to MY ACCOUNT>SUBSCRIBER’s MEMBERS AREA to view all your available issues.
Check out free. These issues will now be stored in MY DOWNLOADS.
How do I view my digital issue on my computer?
You just need is a pdf reader, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, available free here: http://get.adobe.com/reader
How do I view digital issues on an iOS/Apple device?
You can transfer your PDF using your computer or your Safari browser.
Click your download link then select “Open in Safari” (usually seen when clicking the 3 dots at the top). Wait for your issue to download fully and a message should pop up with options to “Open In” we recommend iBooks to store all your PDF’s in one library.

How do I view digital issues on an Android device?
You can transfer your PDF files using your computer or click on the link to download, wait for notification that the download is complete. Your file will be in your default download folder. For Nook, look in Library>My Files.

You can download our GooglePlay app for Android devices. Visit http://google.coloredpencilmag.com or search for “colored pencil magazine”.
Can I print my digital issue instead of buying the print?
Yes! If you are just looking to read, it is a great option but, you will not get the high-quality print, paper, and collectible issue you get when you purchase the print from us.
Why is my order "on hold"?
Most orders are labeled “processing” until they ship. Please allow up to 2 business days to process.
Reasons your order may be labeled “on hold”:
• Your payment hasn’t cleared
• Awaiting check or money order payment
• Item is on back order
• Item is a pre-order
• You ordered a print subscription (see more on this below)
Print Subscribers
Subscription orders are labeled “on hold” until they ship. To assure issues get to their destination around the 1st of each month, we bulk ship to our subscribers on or around the 27th. If you subscribe after this deadline, your subscription will start with the next issue.
Examples –
Purchase Date: July 1-26th – Your subscription will start with the August issue.
Purchase Date: July 27 -31st – Your subscription will start with the September issue.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Visit MY ACCOUNT> EDIT SUBSCRIPTIONS to view and manage your subscriptions.
If you have an Auto-Pay, you can also log into your PayPal account PROFILE>MY MONEY>UPDATE to remove or update a source of funds.

What is CPM's definition of a colored pencil?
COLORED PENCIL Magazine recognizes a colored pencil to be; any medium that has an encased pigmented core.
For entry into our annual Art Competition and monthly Art Challenges artwork must be 80% colored pencil.
